Sea Change - Youth in Germany

Close to Buir, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Alice is walking towards the treehouses in the Hambacher Forst. The forest is meant to be demolished for coal mining, but the young protesters are trying to protect the old forest by hiding in treehouses. On the ground they have a base on private property of a sympathetic farmer and cannot be evicted. German youth has been very active in the environmentalist movement since its very beginning and there are several radical groups blocking baggers and stopping nuclear transports.
